Administration

Rev. Dennis M. Grant shall maintain all records of all the business transacted by the Convention and shall be assisted by the Recording and Assistant Secretaries in that effort. Working directly with the Chief of Staff, Grant is also responsible for bringing any unfinished business to the floor; assisting in setting meeting agendas, maintaining and providing copies of minutes and ensuring a deliberate process of handling convention business during annual sessions.
