GMBSC 2022 Fall Session

The Pastors’, Ministers’ and Wives Conference is a repurposing of the GMBSC fall session so as to intentionally provide programming for those who are called to serve congregational contexts in senior pastoral and ministerial capacities.

About the Event

This annual GMBSC conference seeks to attend to the unique needs of the pastor and the pastor’s wife in a way that encourages their growth in ministry and faith, supports their development as a family unit, and facilitates their personal development.

Cost: This conference will follow the cost structure typically associated with the Pastor’s Conference of $100.00. This cost will cover registration of the pastor/minister and wife. Additional pastor/wife couples from any registered or non-registered church will need to pay the $100.00 registration cost. The registration cost is not a part of the church’s $400 registration with the convention.

Theme: Generations: Now and Next is an acknowledgment that the best of ministry must happen with an appreciation of the needs and application of the tools of the present church while also having a pulse for and eye toward the trends, needs, interests, and methods of the future church.

This GMBSC conference will help pastors and pastors' wives to consider the uniqueness of their own generation and to be introduced to the needs and issues of those generations following them in order to help prepare future leaders to effectively serve their congregations. This conference will also help our convention pastors and wives to develop relationships between generations through reflective conversations, mentoring moments and story-telling.

    The All Call will follow the cost structure typically associated with the Pastor’s Conference of $100.00. This cost will cover registration of the pastor/minister and wife. Additional pastor/wife couples from any registered or non-registered church will need to pay the $100.00 registration cost. The All Call registration cost is not a part of the church’s $400 registration with the convention.

    The cost of the Pastors' and Ministers' Wives' Conference is included in the $100.00 registration fee - which covers the pastor and wife for the entire conference.
