Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church has a strong foundation of 47 years of ministry and a strong desire to be relevant to the Kingdom of God in this world. We believe this relevance comes from growing in Christ, building communities, and joining in the Great Commission. We seek a Shepherd with giving in Expository Preaching, Teaching, Worship, Leadership, Spiritual Maturity and Communication to help our members grow in their Christian lives. We seek a \"called\" Pastor who can help us reach the current and next generation for Christ. Someone that's willing to be accountable in his faith as he holds us to be accountable in ours. A spiritual leader who is willing to lead by example, word, deed, and especially through exegetical preaching from the Word of God.

We seek a licensed and ordained Pastor who is of Baptist faith and Holy Spirit-led. Someone who has some formal Bible College and/or seminary teaching and training under a \"seasoned\" Pastor. Someone who is strong in pastoral care and able to organize and lead staff. He must show good leadership skills and the ability to work well with male and female associate ministers, church leaders, and the congregation.
