SESSION INFO

Generations: Now and Next is an acknowledgment that the best of ministry must happen with an appreciation of the needs and application of the tools of the present church while also having a pulse for and eye toward the trends, needs, interests, and methods of the future church. This conference will help pastors and pastor wives to consider the unique needs of their own generation and to be introduced to the needs and issues of those generations following them in order to help prepare future leaders to effectively serve their congregations. The conference will also help our pastors, ministers and their wives to develop relationships between generations through reflective conversations, mentoring moments and story-telling. This annual conference seeks to attend to the unique needs of the pastors, ministers and their wives in a way that encourages their growth in ministry and faith, supports their development as a family unit, and facilitates their personal development.
