Administration

Rev. Vincent Russell shall assist the Treasurer and perform the duties of the Treasurer in his absence. He will serve as a secondary signator and will be a member of the budget committee. Russell will also organize an orderly system of processes and protocols to safely and efficiently make deposits, transfers, and other banking transactions.
