Fullview Missionary Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is called by God to shepherd our

congregation, lead with humility, and guide our church in unity, healing, and spiritual growth. We are

committed to discerning God’s will as we identify a Spirit-led leader who will faithfully advance the Gospel and

fulfill the Great Commission.

This pastoral vacancy will be officially announced beginning Sunday, March 1, and will remain open through

Tuesday, March 31.

o Including ministerial experience, education, leadership roles, and relevant service history

o Note: This photograph is requested solely to provide ministry context and familiarity for the

Search Committee and is not used as a basis for employment decisions.

4. Proof of Ordination

o Copy or image of ordination license and/or certificate

5. Educational Documentation

o Copy of seminary degree(s) and/or college degree)

o Official transcripts (if available, optional at initial submission)

6. Statement of Faith and Philosophy of Ministry

o Including vision for church leadership, discipleship, evangelism, and community engagement

7. Sermon & Teaching Samples

o Links to at least:

▪ Two (2) recent sermons

▪ One (1) Bible study or teaching session

8. Candidate Video Responses

o Link to recorded responses to questions provided by the Search Committee

9. Professional References

o Minimum of three (3) references (clergy and/or ministry leaders preferred)

o A statement indicating a willingness to undergo a background check if selected for further

consideration
