The Financial Secretary is responsible for receiving, counting, and depositing all Convention funds according to Convention policies.

Working with the Treasurer, the Financial Secretary will ensure the timely processing of all payments and keep accurate financial records of all bank accounts, tax filings, and statements. They also assist in establishing and maintaining the operating budget of the Convention.
